Please don’t make changes or corrections once tags are completed, this is for your own protection, we price any unpriced items and Ashley Lauren’s Closet is NOT responsible for lost or stolen item

1. All clothes must be on hangers with the hanger hook pointing left. You will need to use one 3×5 index card per item. 
2. The hook of the hanger should always point towards the left.  While looking at the front of the garment the hook of the hanger will look like a question mark {?}
3. Card should be safety pinned in the upper right hand side of the garment. 
4. ​All clothes should be in date, with no missing buttons or stains
   
5. ​Use one inch or larger safety pins (no tiny or straight pins please)
   
6. Toys are great sellers! Don’t forget your strollers, bicycles and larger outside toys. These often sell the first day. Make sure they are clean, working and all of the pieces should be in ziplock bags, clearly labeled and securely attached to the main part with tape, safety pins and cable ties. Ashley Lauren’s Closet will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Shoes should be placed in ziplock bags or held together with cable ties (we would these work best) with the tag inside the bag or attached to the cable tie.  Remember no more that 4 pairs of your nicest shoes per consignor. 

• FALL AND WINTER clothing items Sizes 0-16 for Girls and Size 0- Young Adult for boys.  Items must be clean, free of stains and in good condition, No tears, Broken Zippers or Buttons Missing.  Clothing must be current style.   (newborn- 18 months, please limit to 25 items per size)
• Toys (PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN WORKING CONDITION, add batteries if needed and check for recalls at www.cpsc.gov and www.recalls.gov)
• All toys including riding toys, outside toys, Little Tykes in good condition are accepted
• Swings, strollers, high chairs, pack and plays, changing tables, non-drop side cribs
• Shoes: Children’s size 0- junior size
• CAR SEATS_IMPORTANT INFO!!! Please call 1-800-424-9393 to make certain it has not been recalled.  It cannot be expired and must never have been in an accident.  You must check expiration, expired car seats will NOT be sold.  EXPIRED CAR SEATS WILL BE PULLED AND YOUR RESPONSIBLE TO PICK UP.

• NO SPRING AND SUMMER CLOTHING (short sleeves, shorts, etc)
• NO baby or children’s items in baggies (bottles, socks, diapers, bedding, sheets, towels, pajamas, burp clothes, underwear)  (shoes and toy ok)
• NO Bedding
• NO Womens/ NO Girls Juniors Clothing
• NO Maternity
• NO Items with stains, odors, holes or tears
• NO Stuffed animals (due to recalls)
• NO Painted or handmade toys
• NO Books or DVDs
• NO Room Decor 
• NO Toy Grab Bags
• NO Baby Teethers
• NO Drop Side Cribs

IF THESE ITEMS ARE BROUGHT IN, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE THEM HOME OR ITEMS WILL BE MOVED OFF THE SALES FLOOR AND RETURNED TO YOUR STACK AT PICK UP

When you choose to consign with Ashley Lauren’s Closet, your share is 70% of the sale price of the items sold.   There is also an $10 consignor fee that will be taken from your final check.   There is no need to pay anything up front, both the 30% consignment share and the $10 consignor fee will be deducted from the check you receive at pick up  of your total sales.
