If you have never consigned with us before, you must obtain a new consignor number.  You can do this by filling out the form here, sending us a message on Facebook by clicking this link or by calling 423-479-4050. Consignor numbers consist of the first letter of your last name along with your assigned number.   You must pre-register to obtain a consignor number. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNING CONSIGNORS: Your consignor number is considered a lifetime number. Please continue to use the same number for each event you participate.

This is one of the most important parts of the consignment process.  These steps will help you save time but will also ensure that you receive top dollar for your items and help prevent your items from not selling.

YOU MUST REGISTER DURING DROP OFF!!!  Please do not leave unless you have signed a registration form! 

We will be accepting items on the following days:

DROP OFF:

Thursday,  September  12th - 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Friday,  September 13th- 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Saturday,  September 14th- 9:00am to 11:00am

PLEASE NOTE: This process will vary depending on the number of items you bring to the sale however most plan on about 15 minutes.   We suggest having your items sorted by sex and size.   

Before you leave, you are REQUIRED  fill out a registration form at the registration desk before leaving drop-off.   Filling out this form ensures that your payment will be made out to the correct person.

Please make sure you follow us on Facebook and help us spread the word to all of your friends and family that have children that could benefit from this sale.  This ensures that everyone in our community knows about the sale dates and time.  This also helps us sell more of your items!  

SHOP EARLY! As a consignor you earn the privilege to shop before the public! Consignors shop CONSIGNOR SALE: Sunday, September 15th, 2:00pm to 6:00pm  No children under age 10 are permitted during the private sale. 

Would you like to shop an entire day before anyone else? Just volunteer four hours of your time and you can come shop with 160 other volunteers first on Saturday afternoon (Saturday, September 14th, 2:00pm to 6:00pm), instead of shopping with 1,200 consignors on Sunday afternoon.   Volunteers also get first selection for eligible items being sold on the last day for 50% off.

It is your choice to pick-up or donate your unsold items.   All others will be sorted and ready for pick-up.  You can pick-up your check and unsold items on Tuesday, September 24th from 10:00am- 6:00pm.  ALL items left after 6:00pm will be donated to several charities including The Caring Place and New Hope Pregnancy Center.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you are not planning to come during pick-up or have decided to donate your items following the event, you may wish to have your check mailed. If so, you must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope when registering at drop-off.
